Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the festive items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original decorative packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our workshop.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
